Every year thousands of children across the region wake up on Christmas morning with no presents. Viking FM’s Cash for Kids Christmas Appeal in association with ASDA would like you to be a ‘Secret Santa’ and buy an extra present to help make a real difference to a local child this Christmas.
You can drop your new and un-wrapped gift at school by Friday. Don’t forget, the appeal is to help boys and girls from birth to the age of 18, so all types of toys and gifts are welcome.

You may remember that not so long ago we sent home a letter on behalf of Viking FM and Magic 1161’s Charity – Cash for Kids Appeal, asking for gift donations suitable for children aged between 0 and 18. These gifts will be distributed to children, who for various reasons have nothing to open on Christmas morning.
You are always so generous and supportive of everything we ask for – so could we please ask for your help once again in supporting this very worthwhile cause.
Gifts do not have to be large or expensive; but if you could just buy one extra present and bring it to school before the end of the week – that would be wonderful!
