Hats for Haiti
On Friday 12th February the children and staff ov Victoria Dock Primary School arrived at school donning a hat (either made or bought) to raise awareness and funds for the people affected by the disaster in Haiti.
Every class spent some time during the day finding out about Haiti and how the earthquake has devastated the lives of so many.
Donations were made by so many on the day for the provaledge of wearing the fabulous hats and clothing of their choice. Some classes donated over £100.00 on their own!
The total raised as a school will be confirmed shortly.
Thank you to everybody who contributed.
